David Power   

David M. Power is a graduate of University College Cork, in Dairy Science and Food Science and Technology. He is also a licensed trainer with the Environmental Health Association of Ireland to deliver the Primary Course in Food Safety, and the National I hygiene Partnership to deliver the Management of Food Safety. He is also a member of the National Food Safety Professionals Association.

David holds extensive experience in the Hospitality Industry as well as Food Manufacturing. Prior to taking up consultancy he was a senior manager with Cow & Gate Ltd, UK and Ireland, with specific responsibility for the manufacture of infant milk formula.

David holds a huge track record of problem solving both in the Hospitality lndustry and Food manufacturing Industry.


Jo Collins      

Jo Collins, through Sales Performance, works with business owners who want to develop their sales people and improve sales results. With over 25 years experience in Sales and Sales Management, Jo has a very practical approach to increasing sales performance. Having been directly involved in many sales roles from :
Tele Sales – Field Sales and Sales Management, Jo has a great blend of practical knowledge in addition to the theory of Sales and Sales Management.

Jo provides a range of Courses both in Professional Selling & Sales Management.

She offers a very effective solution to SME’s whereby she becomes your Sales Manager. This is particularly useful in Owner Managed Businesses that have a number of Sales People & need to Manage the Sales People on a Weekly or Monthly basis.

Calodagh McMcumiskey

Calodagh (Spiritual Earth) worked in the high-stress environment of International emergency response and development programming responding to man-made and natural disasters in Africa and Asia from 1995 to 2008. She is now Director of Spiritual Earth. She regularly delivers and organizes wellbeing events and programmes including the recent, Rejuvenate Ireland events, a celebration and promotion of wellbeing with more than 430 participants with the theme of Wellbeing at Work and Wellbeing for All.

She has been practicing yoga for 12 years. She learned yoga while living in India and is a qualified Sivananda yoga teacher. She travels regularly to India, spending time in the Himalayas to deepen her own practice and upgrade her teachings in wellbeing, yoga and meditation.



Mags Boland 

Bofin Consultancy was established by Mags Boland Murphy, experienced sales, marketing & P.R./media professional. Previously, Mags worked in the following professional sectors including tourism & hospitality, media, construction, education and national event management for over 18 years.
Mags works with growing businesses who may be struggling with marketing or panicking over profit – to plan, package and promote their business to more of their ideal customers. Her no nonsense approach helps clients to focus their passion on specific ventures and opportunities which deliver powerful growth and profoundly profitable businesses.


Geraldine Doyle 

GD Accounts Training provides a wide variety of training in office management skills. Based in Co. Wexford, we deliver practical training in accounts, payroll, book-keeping and organisational skills to sole traders, SMEs and the corporate sector throughout the South East. GD Accounts Training is run by Geraldine Doyle, who has extensive experience working with business clients. GD Accounts Training is also a licensed trainer for the Big Red Book, one of Ireland’s leading accountancy software suppliers. Having designed our own BRB training course, we have successfully delivered Big Red Book payroll and book-keeping software training throughout the South East.


CTEC Wexford

Carlow IT – Wexford Campus  

Wexford Chamber Skillnet work in association with the Wexford Campus in IT Carlow’s Lifelong Learning Programme providing opportunities for adults to upgrade their skills and qualifications in line with current trends.
